Answer “Where is my order?” with the real status
When a customer asks, SavvyElf looks the order up in your own system and replies with the actual status. On your website, by email or on WhatsApp, at any hour, without a ticket.
Where's my order? It was meant to arrive yesterday.
I'll check. What's your order number?

It's on its way. It was held at the depot for a day and should arrive Friday.

Connect your order lookup
Add your order-status endpoint as a connector: the HTTPS URL, the inputs it needs and the response fields the AI may see.
- 02
Say when to use it
One line is enough: “Use this when a customer asks where their order is.” The agent asks for any missing input, like the order number, or takes it from the customer's profile.
- 03
It answers from real data
It calls your system when the question comes in and replies from the fields you selected. If nothing comes back, it says so. It never guesses a delivery date.
Guardrails that live on the server
None of this depends on a prompt the model could talk its way around.
Only the fields you choose
The AI sees just the response fields you select. It never sees the full order record or payment details.
Requests can't be redirected
HTTPS only, with the host fixed in the URL. Outbound calls pass a network guard that blocks internal addresses.
Secrets stay secret
API keys are stored encrypted, never shown again after saving, and kept out of logs.
Honest when it can't
If your system has no match or doesn't answer, it tells the customer plainly, and a teammate can step in with the whole conversation.
Questions merchants ask
Do I need a particular ecommerce platform?
No. Any system with an HTTPS API works: a store platform, an ERP, a fulfilment provider or your own backend.
What does the AI get to see?
Only the response fields you select for the connector. The rest of the response never reaches the model.
What if the order can't be found?
It says so plainly and asks the customer to check the details. It won't invent a status or a date, and a teammate can take over with the full conversation.
Does it work outside the website chat?
Yes. The same agent answers on every channel you connect: your website, email and WhatsApp.
Does the customer always have to type an order number?
No. If the customer's profile already holds what your API needs, such as their email address, the connector can take it from there instead of asking.
